MS Paramedic is the primary organization responsible for frontline medical care and emergency medical response in Liberty City. It also carries out public-health functions in cooperation with the Liberty City Sanitation Department.

MS Paramedic provides primary medical assistance, emergency response and coordinated care for residents throughout all five boroughs. Its teams support patients at the scene of an emergency, arrange transport when required and connect residents with appropriate follow-up services.
For wider public-health matters, MS Paramedic works alongside the Liberty City Sanitation Department and FDLC. This cooperation supports the monitoring of sanitation-related health concerns, community health protection and coordinated responses to conditions that could affect residents.
